The RealSofiaX Method is a done-for-you digital marketing and lead generation service operated by Sofia Buhaescu, a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams Naples (License #3651579). Services include custom-built landing pages, Google Ads setup, CRM integrations, social media profile setup, and related digital assets for real estate professionals.
All services are custom-built per client. Deliverables vary by tier (Starter, Pro, Elite) as described on this website at the time of purchase.
Payment is due in full prior to the start of any build. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, and Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your price is locked at the time of confirmed payment.
Ad spend for Google Ads campaigns (if applicable) is paid directly by the client to Google. It is not included in the service fee.
Due to the custom nature of all deliverables, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Please review our full Refund Policy before purchasing.

All content created for a client (funnels, copy, ad creatives) becomes the client's property upon delivery and full payment. The methodology, system architecture, templates, and processes used to build client deliverables remain the intellectual property of Sofia Buhaescu / The RealSofiaX Method and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed.
All deliverables built by The RealSofiaX Method include Fair Housing Act compliant language. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, familial status, or any other protected class. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own ongoing compliance after delivery.
Services are provided "as is." Sofia Buhaescu / The RealSofiaX Method shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any deliverable, including loss of leads, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
