For Pro and Elite tiers where Google Ads are launched, I recommend a minimum of $9–$15/day ($270–$450/month). This is your own ad budget paid directly to Google — it's not included in my fee. I set it all up for you.
For CRM integrations (Pro and Elite), yes — you need an active KW Command account. For Starter, it's not required. Most KW agents already have access through their brokerage.
Yes. Every page, ad, and piece of copy is built to comply with the Fair Housing Act, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Florida real estate advertising requirements. Your license number, brokerage, and Equal Housing Opportunity disclosures are included throughout.
I limit new builds to maintain quality. Apply early — spots fill up and I work on a first-come basis. Once you apply and pay, your build is queued immediately.
