Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Work Begins

All services provided by The RealSofiaX Method are custom-built, digital deliverables. Once the build process has begun (typically within 24 hours of payment), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy exists because significant time and resources are invested immediately upon project start.

2. 48-Hour Cancellation Window

If you need to cancel after payment but before work has begun, you may do so within 48 hours of your payment confirmation. To cancel, contact us immediately at:

Cancellations within this window will receive a full refund, less any processing fees charged by Venmo, Zelle, or Stripe (typically 0–3%).

3. Delayed Cancellations

If more than 48 hours have passed since payment and work has not yet begun (due to delays in receiving your intake information), cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us promptly. We do not guarantee refunds in this scenario but will work with you in good faith.

4. Delivery Disputes

If you believe a deliverable was not provided as described, please contact us at realsofiax@proton.me within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to making reasonable corrections and revisions at no charge. Disputes do not entitle clients to a refund but do entitle clients to revisions that bring the deliverable in line with what was agreed.

5. Ad Spend & Third-Party Fees

Ad spend paid directly to Google (or other platforms) is entirely outside our control and is non-refundable through The RealSofiaX Method. Domain registration fees, Stripe processing fees, and similar third-party charges are also non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after work has begun is considered a breach of this agreement. We reserve the right to pursue any unpaid balances through available legal channels. We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before escalating to their payment provider.
